Lanna Muay Thai is our Thailand affiliate, located in Chiang Mai (Thailand's Northern Capital). Owner/Trainer Andy Thomson offers intensive training at two locations. Extreme Youth Sports is Tampa's premier sports organization. It is owned and operated by our friend and team member Duane Spires. A variety of professionally instructed fitness programs (Dance, Tennis, Martial arts, Cardio classes, etc.) are offered for both adults and children.

Cross-fit Unleashed is run by our friend Jose Lubrano. Jose offers uniquely effective fitness classes, as well as individual and small group coaching. They emphasize fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. You'll learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges.

"The Body Band" can help rehabilitate sprains, strains, sore muscles and relieve joint stiffness and inflammation with the use of hot and/or cold therapy.

Seal Strong Nation is owned and operated by our friend and former US Navy Seal, John Fletcher. John offers a real deal 36-hour program that will challenge you both physically and mentally, and just may change your life. Lessons in team work, and individual excellence will be stressed throughout the event, providing participants with a skill set they will use in many other facets of their lives. Participants learn firsthand why SEALs are considered the best-trained teams in the US military. This experience is the closest training to SEAL Training outside of BUD/S!!!
