Freestyle Muay Thai offers a variety of training packages that are designed to meet your individual needs including monthly training plans, 12 session packages, 6 session packages, and single sessions.
Private Training Options
One on one sessions enable our trainers to focus on your strengths and weaknesses in order to help you achieve your goals. Private sessions will help you to speed your overall learning curve. Our experienced trainers can help you to improve regardless of your skill level. Scheduling is available for morning, afternoon, or evening sessions.
Private Group Sessions
Private Group Sessions are conducted in a group of 2-4 people. Form your own training group from your family, friends, or co-workers and experience the same great benefits of one-on-one training at a fraction of the cost! When forming your training group, be sure to select individuals that share the same goals, that way you will be able to motivate each other to stay on track. Private group and one-on-one sessions are available for all ages.
General Fitness Training and Dietary Consultation
General fitness training and dietary consultation can also be incorporated into your training program. Our trainers will be able to design a customized program specific to your needs based upon your initial assessment. Through our training programs, you will build a strong foundation in all aspects of health. Flexibility training, weight-lifting, speed and agility work, plyometrics, and cardiovascular training are among some of the components that may be built into your program. Our trainers will educate you on fitness principles, instruct you on correct form, and keep you motivated through accountability and program modification.
